The Pearl- Doha-Qatar اللؤلؤه- الدوحة -قطر

The Pearl -Doha-Qatar, is an artificial island spanning nearly 4 million square meters. It is the first island in Qatar to be available for freehold ownership for foreign nationals as residential estate with expected 45,000 residents by 2018. The initial cost of constructing the island stood at 2.5 billion dollars. It is now believed that the project will cost 15 billion dollars upon completion.

اللؤلؤه في الدوحة-قطر, وهي جزيرة أصطناعية بمساحة تقدر بأربعة مليون متر مربع. وهي الجزيرة الأولى في قطر التي تسمح بالتملك الحر لللأجانب لوحدات سكنية ومن المتوقع أن يصل سكانها الى 45 ألف في العام 2018. وتقدر التكلفة الأولية لأعمار الجزيرة ب2.5 بليون دولار ويتوقع أن تصل تكلفة المشروع حين أنتهائه الى 15 بليون دولار
